oooooh!! I made new water :) and no, it does not have to be used for just icy/cold levels, you can use it in jungles and such. made from an underworld texture, that is included) you can animate them (in NGLE, SET THE SPEED TO SOMETHING BETWEEN 5 AND 15 FPS) or make one of them scroll, like a waterfall. please credit me :)
